DELAY COMPENSATION

If you experience prolonged non delivery after the initial estimated maximum transit duration for shipping of your order due to unforeseen logistical issues, we offer a Delay Compensation service. For example, if you the customer's address is correct and legible but the package hasn't been delivered for an extended period of time due to issues with the logistics provider, you may apply for a refund/resend and or Delay Compensation.
If your order is not delivered within the estimated maximum shipping timeframe, we will compensate 1% of the order value for each day of delay, up to a limit maximum of 20% of the order value. If an order takes more than 20 business days (actual order duration minus the estimated order duration) to arrive, then you can choose to have it reshipped, or receive a full refund, in addition, we will provide the maximum 20% compenstaion of the order amount, as stated.
The turnaround time for orders below £500.00 GBP is estimated to be 3 business days (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends). If your order totals £500.00 GBP or more, we'll promptly contact you to confirm the estimated shipping time, as larger orders may incur destination country customs duties. Maximum transit times may vary depending on the delivery destination and the selected shipping method.
We regret that our Delay Compensation does not apply to deliveries for PO Boxes, Remote Areas, and Armed Forces personnel, such as systems of the BFPO or the APO/FPO and such like. Remote Areas are defined as regions where in comparison to major cities and logistics hubs, transportation access may be limited with higher shipping costs.
